STORY

In Châteauneuf, in Maine-et-Loire, Geneviève lives alone.
Every Sunday, the televised mass becomes her connection to the world. Through this donation appeal campaign, Le Jour du Seigneur sheds light on these quiet moments of faith—essential and worth preserving.

Supporting televised mass means offering a moment of presence to those isolated from others.
To embody this reality, we created a film from a woman’s perspective—that of Geneviève. In the quiet of her living room, the crew captured a deeply intimate and precious spirituality. A minimal, documentary-style approach was chosen to reveal, through imagery, the discreet power of her weekly ritual.

"When the crew arrived, Geneviève simply said: ‘This is my Sunday church.’ That’s when we understood why this donation campaign mattered so much."

SAVOIR-FAIRE

To capture the sincerity of Geneviève’s everyday life, we used a pure documentary style.
A cinema-trained team focused on natural light, long takes, and direct sound. Every technical decision aimed to preserve the authenticity of the moment—filming intimacy without staging it. This meticulous image-making allows viewers not just to see, but to feel the silent spirituality of her Sunday.
