With Balance ton offre, LinkedOut invites decision-makers to take tangible action: share job offers to reach out to those society no longer sees.

In the face of precarity, LinkedOut offers a direct solution: connecting invisible talent with those hiring.

The Balance ton offre campaign subverts digital codes to spark real-world action. On LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, HR professionals, managers, and leaders are called to “post” their job offers. Interviews are arranged with candidates supported by Entourage.

Face-to-camera testimonies, authentic interviews, striking portraits—everything is designed to highlight these often-overlooked journeys, and to remind us that true inclusion starts with listening.

We imagined this campaign as a bridge: between online networks and real lives, between job offers and unexpected profiles. Image in service of reinclusion.

SAVOIR-FAIRE

To reach both recruiters and the general public, we designed a 100% digital setup tailored for social media.
Video portraits, face-to-camera interviews, native formats for LinkedIn and Instagram… Each piece of content was shot with a light crew, immersed in the daily lives of the beneficiaries and the Entourage team.

The visual storytelling favors authenticity: direct gazes, honest words, meaningful silences. A campaign where format fades away to let the message shine, giving voice to stories too often left in the shadows.
